*This is an Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid a salary on a monthly basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Designs, implements, and coordinates operational facets of a specific Law School program including program-related conferences, conventions and/or meetings. Develops work plans to accomplish program goals and objectives and monitors progress toward their achievement. Identifies and pursues ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative procedures used by students and faculty. Actively participates in committees pertaining to academic/programmatic services. Serves as a liaison to and interacts with other groups and organizations participating in the program or seeking knowledge of the program. Responds to inquiries regarding program requirements. Advises students on matters related to the program; develops resources to address particular needs. Provides direction, referral, and placement resources to students seeking employment opportunities in their respective field of study. Develops promotional and communication materials which may include content for reports, briefings, newsletters, grants or other written information related to the program. May assist in identifying funding resources and in developing fund-raising strategies and initiatives. Prepares operational and statistical reports. Maintains complete and accurate program records. May maintain and update the departmental website. May supervise program staff, interns, and/or volunteers. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in a field related to the program and two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. |
