April Virtual New Employee Welcome Session

Welcome to Emory! As a new faculty or staff member, you are encouraged to attend the Virtual New Employee Welcome Session which is designed to acclimate you to the University and ensure that you have a proper welcome to our amazing academic community!

Conducted by staff members of the Human Resources division, the session will provide an overview of the University's mission and culture, explain the many benefits and programs that are available to you. The session will begin promptly at 9:00am and conclude at 12:00pm.

Electing your benefits is not dependent on attending this session. Please remember that you must elect benefits within 31 days of your hire date.

A Zoom meeting invite will be sent to your attention prior to the scheduled Virtual New Employee Welcome Session. The Zoom invite will contain a URL for you to use to enter the session.

NOTE: In case of inclement weather (snow, ice, etc.), the university may decide to close. If the university closes, the session will be canceled. If inclement weather is expected, be sure to watch the news to see if the University is closing.
