Ensuring Fairness and Respect in the Workplace

Fairness is something we all care about - professionally and personally. Research shows that even when we set out with the best intentions, people sometimes make decisions influenced by patterns they didn't choose and may not notice. This training takes a candid, judgment-free look at how those patterns develop, where they show up at work, and what we can do about them. Participants leave with a clearer understanding of how bias operates in the workplace — and practical tools to make more intentional, fair decisions in their everyday work.
