Extra Planning, Hold the Stress: Smart Advice for Not Getting Squeezed When You're in the Sandwich Generation

In this presentation, elder law and estate planning attorney Paul Black will describe the common challenges faced by adults who are having to make care decisions for their aging parents even as they are still raising minor children of their own. Topics to be addressed include: having conversations about tough decisions with aging loved ones, best practices for estate & incapacity planning for older adults, estate & incapacity planning for parents of minor children, and lessons learned from caring for an aging parent. While the goal of the presentation is to provide a basic overview of each of these key topics, Q&A with attendees will also allow deep dive into certain topics.
