*This is an Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid a salary on a monthly basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Develops, edits, and publishes on-line and/or printed publications for specific colleges and schools. Edits text and works with clients and designers to produce publications. May identify and secure corporate sponsors. Solicits new readers and/or subscribers to increase the visibility of publications. Ensures the academic and research integrity of publications. May supervise staff. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree in business, English, journalism or a related field. Five years of editing or business development experience, and/or experience related to the publication's specialty area.
