*This is a Non-Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid an hourly pay rate, on a bi-weekly basis, and are eligible to receive overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a work week.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Enforces organizational traffic rules and regulations. Communicates traffic and security information to police and provides directions and information to visitors. Issues citations and orders the impoundment of vehicles violating traffic or parking regulations. Directs traffic for special events and around construction sites or accidents to maintain unimpeded traffic flow. Patrols all parking areas and campus roadways and reports suspicious activity, traffic congestions, and security problems for immediate action. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or equivalent. One year of experience in parking, law enforcement, security or community service. A valid Georgia driver's license and an insurable driving record. DATE CREATED/MODIFIED/REVIEWED: 02/19/10 DRS
