*This is a Non-Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid an hourly pay rate, on a bi-weekly basis, and are eligible to receive overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a work week.

JOB DESCRIPTION: With a service oriented demeanor, patrols campus and ensures vehicles are parking in compliance with campus parking rules and regulations. Interprets regulations and makes decisions about parking violations. Writes citations using computerized system. Educates campus community and visitors on rules and regulations. Assists visitors with information on campus locations. Provides support to University events, including traffic coordination and transportation. Observes, analyzes, and reports the need for directions and regulatory signage. Aids motorists in need of assistance. Observes, detects, and reports suspicious activity. Provides written reports as necessary. Provides back up coverage for dispatch. Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or equivalent and one year of experience in parking or customer service. Positions within this classification require a valid Georgia driver's license and an insurable driving record. Positions within this classification are required to lift up to 50 lbs and bend, stoop, and twist.
