*This is a Non-Exempt position. Employees in this position are paid an hourly pay rate, on a bi-weekly basis, and are eligible to receive overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a work week.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for installation, service, repair and maintenance of computer-based integrated electronic security and control systems, CCTV equipment and other supportive devices. Provides project management coordination through Emory shops and/or outside contractors. Interprets building blue prints and works with the Emory design team in programming new construction requirements. Ensures warranty compliance for new installations. Works with customer department representatives to provide security and safety recommendations. Trains staff on the proper use of equipment. Maintains electronic access card records and files. Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or equivalent. Five years of journeyman access control experience. Low voltage electrical license desired. A valid Georgia driver's license and an insurable driving record. Positions within this classification may require the ability to lift 50 pounds and to bend, stoop, and twist.
